Wordless Wednesday
Over the weekend, we demonstrated the “outing” in Scouting with a spring campout. The kids worked on some of their camping merit badge skills. The other purpose of the weekend was the completion of a conservation project. This winter the kids built and painted bird houses and bat houses to install at a nearby preservation area.
Hopefully, the birds in the area will enjoy the houses and eat the ticks. We were crawling with ticks for two days.
First of many campouts to come this year!
