As Easter approaches, I’ve started to think about what I can do with my kids. After all, they are in the middle school years. One is twelve, and the other is fourteen. Holidays definitely look different than when they were younger. I began searching for ideas and realized I couldn’t be the only mom that needs Easter activities for teens and tweens, so I decided to share what I found.
So, like many of you, I started wading through all the ideas I could find on Google and Pinterest. It is so easy to get distracted and overwhelmed with all the ideas. But I have it all organized for you. So browse through the various Easter activities I found for your kids to try. I focused on finding ideas for teens, but many are also appropriate for tweens.

Among these sites, you are sure to find some Easter activities your teen will enjoy.

Easter Basket Ideas for Older Kids
Okay, so this isn’t an Easter Activity for teens. However, it can sure help parents figure out Easter Basket ideas. Yes, even our teens can have Easter Baskets, too, especially if you have younger kids in the family.
So what do you get them?
I certainly don’t want to fill their baskets with candy, but I also don’t want to turn it into a Christmas Stocking either. Here are some sites that have different suggestions for Easter Baskets for teens and tweens. I can see using some of their non-candy ideas and mixing them with candy.
- Easter Basket Ideas for Teens and Tweens from Sunshine and Hurricanes- Though this site is full of links to Amazon, I think they have some good suggestions for boys and girls.
- Here’s What to Put in Your Tween Boy’s Basket from Productive Pete- Even though this post says it is for tween boys, they do have some ideas that would work for teen boys, too. I personally think teen boys would like Throw, Throw Burrito (especially the teen boys I know in Scouts).
