Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. It can be so much fun for kids. The sweet candies, pretty hearts, and fun cards make it so enjoyable. There are even games you can add to make the day even more fun. One easy and simple game is Valentine’s Day BINGO.
I know when I taught in the schools, ran my own preschool, and even with my own kids, we made it a special day. There are so many fun word searches, mazes, writing prompts, and so many more educational activities to use.

However, as much as the kids enjoyed the crafts and treats, they really enjoyed playing different games. BINGO is such an easy game for any age to enjoy.
Valentine’s Day BINGO for Kids
I have created some simple Valentine’s BINGO cards to use with your family or a small group. Included are 4 playing cards and calling cards. Kids will love the pretty colors (I know I do.) and the cute pictures.
All you need to do is print off the playing cards and calling cards, and you are well on your way to some Valentine’s Day fun.
You will need to find some simple items to cover your board. There are so many great options.
If you want Valentine’s Day candy options, you could use:
- Hershey Kisses
- Conversational Candy Hearts
- Candy Corn (Yes! I found Valentine’s Day candy corn online.)
- M&Ms
For non-candy options:
- Pom Poms
- Buttons
- Pennies
- Lego pieces or other blocks
- Little paper squares
If you don’t want to cover the spaces with items, you can also laminate the sheets (or stick them in document protector) and cross off the squares with a dry erase marker.
Once you have things printed out and know how you will cover the board, you are ready to play. To make it even more fun, you can give little prizes to the winner.
We love to play different BINGO versions like:
- Blackout (cover the whole board)
- Make an “X” from corner to corner.
- Make a “t” shape by covering the middle column and middle row.
There are many ways to make it exciting for kids and have them asking to play it again and again.
